Below, you will find DTN’s Data Processing Agreement (DPA) available for download and signature.
As the data controller, you are required to provide details of the data we will process on your behalf, as well as the contact information of your company’s representative. This information will be used for incident notifications and any updates to the agreement.
It is your responsibility, as the data controller, to have a signed DPA in place with DTN.
If you collaborate with DTN without finalizing a DPA, your data will be processed in accordance with our standard terms outlined in the Data Processing Agreement.
